We believe the success of the Journal of Property Law enhances the success of Texas A&M University School of Law. We are committed to earning the confidence of our authors. We believe our audience should get what they need, how they need it.

Who Are We As An Organization?

The Property Journal is a student-run organization whose primary purpose is to publish a journal intended to encourage scholarly criticism and analysis of legal issues of interest to practitioners and law students. The Property Journal not only serves as an important tool for legal scholarship but also provides its Staff Members an opportunity to develop their own editing and writing skills. Accordingly, each volume contains articles by student authors, as well as outside authors. The Texas A&M Journal of Property Law Property Journal is published not less than two times per academic year.
