"The Blunt Truth"

Nearly half of all U.S. states have enacted--or have pending--legislation to legalize, decriminalize, or in some way permit the possession, use, sale, and cultivation marijuana. The resulting industry has brought forth new issues pertaining to engird, taxes, intellectual property, land use, banking, and the environment, just to name a few. The goal of the symposium is to create a forum for experts to exchange ideas and advance the collective understanding of these issues.
